- Say, “Ciao” to chicken. I know it’s tough. Chicken is centerstage in so many dishes. Breathe in and exhale slowly. It’s going to be okay—I promise.
- Try a Vegan substitute like Gardein’s Seven Grain Crispy Tenders. These are awesome, have no GMO’s, and can be found in most major grocery stores!
- Try a nut/seed that you have never tried and you know you’re not allergic too.
