No, that’s not a misspelling.
Although I do hope for World Peace, this is not my plea for it, at least not today.
This week, however I want to share my latest inductee to WVL’s Stuff I Love – World Peas.
Yes, World Peas doesn’t come in the form of a society without wars, violent crimes and social injustice. It is simply my love for these delicious doohickeys.
Found in natural food stores like Whole Foods and Fresh Market and many SuperTarget stores, this all-natural, pea-sized, healthy snack option pack a crunchy punch in the protein department with 4 grams per serving. They’re GMO-free, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, and trans fat-free.
Enjoy several Vegan flavors, including: Santa Barbara Ranch (my favorite), Texas Barbeque, Hungarian Garlic, Sicilian Tomato and Garlic, Spicy Sichuan (hot as heck so get ready), Bombay Curry, and Nagano Wasabi.
If peas aren’t your thing, their latest addition, Fava Crisps are crunchy Fava beans in some of the same bold flavors.
My next inductee this week is SkinnyPop Popcorn.
The Skinny on Skinny?
SkinnyPop is gluten-free, preservative-free, cholesterol-free, artificial flavor-free, GMO-free, trans fat-free, and guilt-free.
There are only 3-4 ingredients that make up this Vegan-friendly snack: popcorn, sunflower oil, salt, cane sugar (only in the naturally sweet variety), and black pepper (only in the black pepper variety). Each serving is also fiber-enriched with 2-3g per serving.
With just 100 calories per serving, they can be found in natural food stores, most major grocery stores, and even in CVS and Walgreens.
By now, you already know about the 1st WVL Giveaway (drawing October 31st). One lucky WVL subscriber will get to try these 2 snacks because they’re included in the snack box!
