Week 4

  • Say, “Sayonara” to all sea creatures. No more fish, shrimp, crab and such. Stay away from all aquariums if you have too.
  • Try a new bean/legume that you’ve never tried.
  • Start taking a B12 supplement, if approved by your doctor because guess what my friend – “You’re officially a Vegetarian!”
  • Pat yourself on the back!
